Algae control efforts include:
-AquaSphere Balls
-Dye to limit algae control
-Introducing sterilized grass carp
-Solar Fountains

The pond is designed for upstream drainage. The City of Manhattan does not control the pond and is not responsible for its maintenance/upkeep. Since it is an upstream drainage pond, any sort of filtering at the entrance to the pond for debris is not permitted.

Pond Maintenance and Algae Control
The HOA maintains the pond and two lots. This includes:
-Mowing
-Muskrat Control
-Silt Removal
-Concrete and Bridge Repair
