Board Position Responsibilities 

President

The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the Association. This role has the responsibility of general supervision, direction, and control of the business and officers of the Association. The president presides over all meetings. 

Vice President 

In the absence of the President, the Vice President assumes all of the responsibilities of the board president. 

Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for keeping minutes of the meetings, and a ledger of the names and addresses of all homeowners. The secretary is responsible for notification of meetings to homeowners and the Board of Directors.

Treasurer

The Treasurer keeps of maintains records of all accounts of the properties and business transactions of the Sssociation.
